Senior LevelBAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a full time Clinical Nurse Manager to join their Newtown Square, PA Home Hospice office. In this role, you will lead care teams committed to delivering the finest hospice services and ensure excellent clinical and social care while developing relationships within the community.

Responsibilities
Support the team by providing clinical guidance and judgment to promote understanding of and response to patient and family needs
Participate in Performance Improvement & Quality Assurance activities
Develop and mentor future hospice leaders
Supervise and support nursing staff, including scheduling and performance management
Review documentation and ensure clinical quality and compliance
Lead team meetings, training, and onboarding
Visit patients in the field as needed
Qualification
Required
Hospice experience required along with a passion for focusing on hospice care
Desire to lead an interdisciplinary care team
Registered Nurse license in PA required
Preferred
Management experience strongly preferred
