New Grad, Entry LevelPrideStaff is a national staffing organization seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Selector to join a fast-paced warehouse team. In this role, you will accurately and efficiently select products for customers, while ensuring quality control and safety in operations.

Responsibilities
Accurate Picking: Select products based on customer orders with high precision
Quality Control: Ensure all items are in good condition and match order requirements (quantity, SKU, quality)
Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, specifically Cherry Picker, Stand-Up Forklift, and Forklift Reach
Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to all company safety procedures
Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals and customer demands
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in warehouse operations is required
Must be proficient in utilizing a Cherry Picker
Must be comfortable working at heights (utilizing a stock picker/reach truck)
Strong focus on accuracy in fulfilling orders
Willingness to work flexible hours and stay until the daily job is completed
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
