Responsibilities
Repair and maintain industrial equipment conveying systems, and major machine centers
Read and understand drawings such as blueprints and schematics
Perform preventive maintenance and hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical troubleshooting
Practice safe work habits
Use of hand and power tools
Operation of shop and maintenance related equipment
Preform proper alignments of process equipment
Work with foreman to complete daily tasks
Qualification
Required
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
2 years verifiable work experience as Millwright preferred
Knowledge of rigging and material handling
Demonstrated strong communication and documentation skills
Must be a self-starter who can work safely under high-pressure situations
Must have experience in aggregate or agricultural millwright services
Must be capable of performing skilled labor for up to 12 hours a day
Must be able to work on equipment 50+ feet in the air on occasion
Must be willing to travel for work with some overnight travel necessary
Must be dependable and operate with a high level of integrity
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Must always be alert and able to safely perform the essential duties of the job without risking harm to oneself or others
Preferred
Welding & fabricating experience is a plus
