Responsibilities
Draft, review, and revise estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related documents
Assist with trust and estate administration, including probate filings, asset inventories, and preparation of accountings and correspondence
Assist in preparation and filing of estate and gift tax returns
Qualification
Required
7+ years of Trusts & Estates experience, including significant probate work
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Associate's Degree, Paralegal Certificate and/or Bachelor's Degree
Preferred
7+ years of experience in trusts & estates, private client, or wealth planning preferred
