The Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) will provide comprehensive health services, including collecting and processing specimens, conducting tests, and ensuring quality patient care.

Responsibilities
Collect and process biological specimens for laboratory testing
Conduct routine and specialized tests in hematology, microbiology, chemistry, and blood bank
Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot any technical issues
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean laboratory environment
Record and report test results accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with pathologists and other medical staff to interpret results and ensure quality patient care
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Actively participates in Mass Casualty exercises and events
Completes required organizational compliance education, including assigned requirements that are client-specified, for Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Services certification or other regulatory bodies

Must meet pre-deployment physical requirements
Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time
May require bending, stooping and lifting to 25 lbs
