Administrative Debt Collector Contractor
Stellar Consulting Solutions, LLC is seeking an Administrative Debt Collector Contractor to support office operations and collections processes. The role involves managing invoices, contract copies, and updating contact information while ensuring effective communication with Account Managers regarding end-of-lease matters.
Responsibilities
Pull and send invoice copies- (3 or more)
Ad hoc Invoices
Pull and send contract copies
Submit credit memos. - Late/fin charges multiple pieces multiple months
Updating contact information
Salesforce Reassignments
Post dated R12 payments- daily
Notice to AM for end of lease- as needed
Scrub Admin assignment at beginning of month- confirm is Admin
Scrub Admin for C2- confirm
Any other duties as determined by Management
Qualification
Required
Use of multiple systems to Complete administrative tasks
Able to work in a very fast-paced environment and adapt to situations
Quality-driven and results-oriented
Preferred
Ability to use and navigate Microsoft products is a plus
