Responsibilities
Manage complex commercial and business litigation matters , including antitrust, construction, product liability, real estate, financial services, and energy disputes
Take depositions and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Brief and argue dispositive and discovery motions
Interface with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders
Support mediation, arbitration, and trial proceedings as needed
Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case management
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of relevant litigation experience at a law firm
Strong familiarity with federal, state, and local procedural rules
Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
Active Texas State Bar membership in good standing
Preferred
Experience with mediation, arbitration, or trial is a plus
