Responsibilities
Assisting clients with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and secured financing transactions
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate agreements and related documentation
Supporting partners and client teams on complex matters while handling individual responsibilities
Collaborating in a collegial environment that emphasizes mentorship and professional growth
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of real estate transactional experience at a law firm
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently while collaborating with partners
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Admission to or eligibility for the California State Bar
Preferred
Experience with joint ventures is a plus
