Vice President - Equity Capital Markets

Responsibilities
Work on ECM offerings across a range of products
Participate in dialogue with investor clients on deals that you are working on
Provide assistance with broader ECM origination, investment banking, sales, and sales trading (globally)
Work with teams of professionals across the bank, including senior bankers within your group, experts in other areas of the firm, and colleagues around the globe
Build direct cross-functional relationships with bankers in product and regional business units
Qualification
Required
Experience in Equity Capital Markets (ECM)
Strong analytical thinking skills

Financial forecasting and modeling skills
Monitoring, surveillance, and testing experience
