Responsibilities

Shadow and work with assigned production staff members to learn the interworkings of production operations

Receive on-the-job training along with constructive, on-going feedback for personal and professional development

Become familiar with the types of language used in communication within the industry

Build professional relationships with fellow associates

Work on assigned specialty projects designed to show practical, industry related work experiences

Maintain a knowledge log to formally document everything learned within scope of program

Identify risks and provide proactive risk assessments

Perform other duties as assigned
