Qualification
Required
Must obtain Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within three years of employment or will not be eligible to continue in the role
Must provide current RN license by the State Board of Nursing
Must have current CPR
Three to five years experience as a RN, preferably telemetry, ED, or critical care
Charge nurse or the equivalent of previous management experience required
Must have good verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrates proficiency in directing and guiding personnel
