Responsibilities
Lead and motivate teams to meet daily production goals
Enforce all safety and quality standards
Balance labor and equipment resources to meet demand
Partner with HR, Safety, Purchasing, and leadership
Provide coaching, training, and corrective action
Support lean and OPEX continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent manufacturing supervisory experience
Proven leadership and ability to meet production deadlines
Strong organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure
Safety-focused with strong attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work 12-hour shifts as needed
Proficient with computers; MRP/ERP experience preferred
