Responsibilities
Daily maintenance of equipment
Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service, and repairs
Communicating with the Service and Engineering team to arrange spare parts, travel schedules and support
Assemble, align, and install equipment and machine upgrades as necessary while adhering to timeline and budget
Interface with cross functional work teams such as plant operations, global operations, and suppliers
Communicating with Plant Managers to arrange downtime to complete maintenance activities
Reports each week of tasks completed & still to be completed
Remote service assistance to plants with issues, get them back in production as quickly as possible
Maintain Washsmart inventory at each Daniels location in conjunction with individual plant management to ensure plants are stocked effectively
Qualification
Required
Mechanical, experience in mechanical assemblies and production equipment & robotics
Welding, experience with basic repair work
Electrical, ability to identify and repair electrical issues and communicate fault conditions
PLC, ability to troubleshoot PLC controlled machines, with telephone support
