Responsibilities

Accommodating guest requests, processing packages, faxes, messages, emails and mail

Assisting in other Guest Service areas, including the Front Desk and front drive to ensure proper handling of luggage

Planning and organizing guest itinerary during their stay, all while providing exceptional above and beyond service!

Previous concierge experience and great knowledge of the surrounding areas and local attractions

Must have excellent English communication skills and be able to multitask

Computer literacy and proficiency are necessary including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn proprietary applications at work

Must be able to stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift

Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S
