Responsibilities
Accurately post incoming ACH, Wire, EFT, check, and credit card payments to customer accounts and perform daily bank and cash receipt reconciliation
Balance daily cash receipts and ensure the accuracy of general ledger accounts and proper payment posting to customer accounts
Monitor, reconcile, and ensure transactions comply with contractual commitments, company policies, laws, and regulations, identifying potential financial risks
Utilize signature authority to document financial transactions and research money on account as needed
Offer technical and operational guidance to peers and management and effectively prioritize a wide range of complex financial issues
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working in a high volume, multi-currency environment
Experience working with Excel
Experience working with SAP
