Sales Account Executive

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with independent and chain accounts
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies
Analyze customer accounts to identify growth opportunities and optimize product mix
Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on service and retention
Communicate market trends, customer feedback, and product opportunities internally
Prepare presentations, proposals, and contracts for prospective customers
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives
Support company sales promotions and marketing plans
Mentor and support new sales team members as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven sales experience with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding goals
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-based environment
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory (up to 100%)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Frequent walking, standing, and bending
Valid driver's license and auto insurance required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience using a variety of sales techniques and strategies
