Employment Law Attorney - AM100 Law Firm
Aionios LLC is a highly regarded national law firm seeking an Employment Law Attorney to join its management-side Employment, Labor & Workforce practice. The ideal candidate will handle litigation and advise employers on various workplace issues, requiring strong knowledge of labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of litigation, including interviewing witnesses, reviewing electronically stored documents, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting and defending depositions, interacting with clients and opposing counsel, and attending court appearances
Advise and counsel employers on workplace issues such as employee relations, risk mitigation, ADA and other workplace accommodations, wage and hour compliance, reductions-in-force, and employment agreements/policies
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of federal and state labor & employment laws (including wage and hour, Title VII, ADEA, FMLA, ADA, and related state statutes)
Experience handling all aspects of litigation, including interviewing witnesses, reviewing electronically stored documents, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting and defending depositions, interacting with clients and opposing counsel, and attending court appearances
Experience advising and counseling employers on workplace issues such as employee relations, risk mitigation, ADA and other workplace accommodations, wage and hour compliance, reductions-in-force, and employment agreements/policies
Admission to practice law in California is required
Strong academic credentials, communication, and writing skills
Commitment to excellence, diversity, and client service
Preferred
3-10 years of relevant employment law experience
