Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical components for electronic devices (e.g., circuit enclosures, power supplies, or mechanical modules) using hand tools, power tools, and assembly machines
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to understand assembly requirements and specifications
Install and secure internal components such as circuit boards, wires, connectors, and cables into the mechanical framework of devices
Perform quality checks and inspections on completed assemblies to ensure all components are properly aligned and function correctly
Conduct functional tests to verify assembly integrity and operational performance of mechanical systems in the devices
Troubleshoot and adjust mechanical assemblies to meet quality standards or resolve issues identified during testing
Follow safety protocols (including ESD and personal protective equipment) and maintain a clean and organized work area
Record assembly data, defects, adjustments, and test results in production logs or digital systems
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and resolve any challenges that arise during the assembly process

Preferred

Experience in electronics manufacturing (e.g., assembly of electronic enclosures, systems, or devices)

Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety and best practices for handling sensitive electronic components
