Responsibilities
Join a senior-focused primary care group in Tampa Bay that has grown steadily since the early 1990s and continues to expand across the region
Family-run, managed care model focused on senior patients
Five clinic locations across the Tampa Bay area
Panel capped at 500 patients, averaging about 12 visits per full day
Longer visits, typically 30-45 minutes, to allow thorough, relationship-based care
Strong support from MAs, health coaches, and care coordination staff
Dedicated coders handle pre-charting and post-visit documentation support
Monday-Friday clinic hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
Patients are scheduled primarily between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m
Built-in time for urgent patient needs and administrative work
No evenings or weekends
Qualification
Required
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Interest in senior-focused primary care
Comfortable working in a value-based, team-oriented model
Open to future leadership opportunities as the group expands
