Responsibilities
Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and production teams
Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements
Assist in creating detailed work instructions, process documentation, and fixturing
Process layout design and material flow optimization
Integration of tools, fixtures, and ergonomic considerations

Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Materials Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Must have completed at least two years of college (entering Junior or Senior year by Spring 2026)
Ability to independently organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to resolve technical issues while maintaining positive relationships
Creative, with a strong desire to deepen your understanding
Self-motivated, able to work effectively on projects with minimal supervision
Open to constructive feedback
Local to Minnesota or able to relocate without assistance to the Eden Prairie & Minnetonka, MN area
Preferred
3D CAD education or experience (SolidWorks preferred)
3D printing experience
Preferred Major(s): Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science
