Responsibilities

Oversee daily production performance, yields, efficiencies, and labor utilization
Lead and support Production Supervisors in executing schedules and operational priorities
Adjust staffing and production plans to meet customer demand and business objectives
Champion safety, ergonomics, and injury prevention through training and accountability
Ensure compliance with sanitation, quality, USDA, and company standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational flexibility
Conduct regular line meetings to reinforce expectations, policies, and performance goals
Maintain operational readiness and support future capacity planning

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or production environments
Proven experience training, coaching, or mentoring supervisors or teams
Proficient with timekeeping systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office
Willingness to travel up to 10%

Preferred

Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, yields, and efficiency optimization
Knowledge of OSHA, USDA, and HACCP requirements
PLC very strong understanding
Bilingual skills a plus
Effective communicator with strong leadership presence
Thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
