Responsibilities
Step into a high-impact leadership role where your clinical expertise will guide a growing team and help shape the future of interventional psychiatry in the region
Join a tightly knit team of five psychiatric NPs and a part-time psychiatrist
Practice in a well-established outpatient clinic focused on depression, anxiety, and addiction treatment
Practice model emphasizes advanced treatments, including TMS, Spravato, and ketamine, with no schizophrenia or bipolar cases
Leadership duties include medical oversight, mentorship, and 4+ hours/week for administrative projects
On-site presence needed for TMS motor threshold assessments and to guide clinical standards
Standard schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with dedicated time for admin and lunch
Flexible for a four-day workweek or hybrid days for the right candidate (e.g., single parents, commuting professionals)
Generous visit times: 60-minute new intakes and 30-minute follow-ups; support staff handles administrative load
Telepsychiatry is available based on patient needs and your preferences
Qualification
Required
Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry; both new grads and seasoned psychiatrists welcome
Comfort with interventional psychiatry (or willingness to learn), including TMS and ketamine protocols
Must be able to provide clinical supervision and serve as an anchor presence for the team
Preferred
Preference for candidates with South Dakota or regional ties, or a clear desire to live in the Black Hills area
