Sales & Customer Success Manager
Fire Tech Productions, Inc. is dedicated to creating trusted training solutions for the fire protection industry. They are seeking a Sales & Customer Success Manager to drive new business growth through proactive sales efforts while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for Team Portal and Business Account customers
Onboard new accounts, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of training programs
Build strong relationships with managers and teams, acting as their trusted training advisor
Conduct regular check-ins (monthly or quarterly) to review progress, address issues, and identify training needs
Educate customers on Fire Tech’s courses, workshops, and new offerings; assist in creating tailored learning paths
Send quarterly updates/newsletters with industry insights and training content
Manage annual renewals, updating agreements and pricing as needed
Track and report customer engagement, usage, and feedback to improve offerings
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and attending industry events
Develop and deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
Maintain an active sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on performance metrics
Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing customers
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and offers with market needs
Complete proactive customer engagement (calls, emails, follow-ups)
Generate new sales opportunities
Ensure customers stay informed through regular communication and updates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field preferred
2-4 years proven experience in customer success, account management, and outside sales (preferably in fire protection industry, education/training, or B2B services)
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Monday.com) and digital outreach strategies
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
