Responsibilities

Develop and implement training strategies and plans for the Oracle Cloud ERP implementation
Support trainers in the design and creation of training materials, including user guides, manuals, e-learning modules, and other instructional resources
Conduct training sessions for various user groups, including end-users, super users, and technical teams
Collaborate with business leaders, functional leads, and process leads to identify training needs and requirements
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes
Provide ongoing support and coaching to users post-implementation to ensure continued proficiency and adoption
Stay updated with the latest Oracle ERP features, updates, and best practices to incorporate into training programs

Required

Associate's degree in healthcare, computer or related field required
Proven training experience preferably related to the implementation of enterprise business applications

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP applications (HCM, ERP, SCM), PeopleSoft, or similar systems
