Customer Success and Research Administrator - Temp to Perm
Arkansas Talent Group is searching for a Customer Success and Research Administrator to join our client's team in Little Rock, AR. The role involves managing vendor inquiries, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring exceptional customer support experiences. This individual will serve as a liaison between management and vendor partners to support vendor success.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding account or billing questions
Research and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and reconciliation issues
Track and document vendor communications, resolutions, and follow-ups
Collect and analyze data related to vendor performance or operational trends
Collaborate with internal departments to improve vendor experiences and streamline administrative processes
Maintain organized records and provide periodic reports to management
Assist in developing and implementing procedures that enhance efficiency and vendor satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in customer support, billing, administration, or account reconciliation preferred
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build positive vendor relationships
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and data management tools
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellent service
Preferred
NetSuite experience is highly preferred
