Responsibilities
Manage a Lemon Law litigation caseload from filing through resolution
Draft and argue motions in state and federal court
Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and corporate reps
Handle mediations, settlement conferences, and case strategy with supervising attorneys
Communicate with clients, opposed counsel, and the internal team to keep cases moving
Coordinate with discovery attorneys to streamline written discovery and file prep
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school
Active California Bar in good standing
3+ years of litigation experience, ideally including consumer, PI, or similar plaintiff work
Solid motion practice and deposition experience
Ability to manage a fast-moving caseload with deadlines and competing priorities
Comfort working onsite and collaborating closely with a team
