Responsibilities
Evaluate patients with orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehab professionals
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using EMR systems
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals, exercises, and injury prevention
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and support staff
Qualification
Required
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (DPT preferred)
Active New Mexico PT license
CPR/BLS certification
Preferred
Experience in outpatient or inpatient rehab preferred (new grads welcome)
