New GradTrue Manufacturing is seeking a motivated Operations Analyst Co-Op to join their IT Department. The role involves monitoring system health, developing automation scripts, providing technical support, and ensuring compliance with security policies.

Responsibilities
Monitoring and Logging: Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions to ensure the health and performance of applications and infrastructure
Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts for deployment, testing, monitoring, patching, and other operational tasks
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, IT staff, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and deployment of applications
Technical Support: Provide technical support for application development environments, including troubleshooting issues and resolving incidents
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, deployment procedures, and user guides
Security and Compliance: Ensure that systems and applications comply with security policies and standards, including monitoring security vulnerabilities and applying security patches
Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Assist in the setup, maintenance, and improvement of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps
Software Administration: help managing third-party software like Salesforce, Epicor Configurator, RF-Smart, and VShell
Learning and Adaptability: Complete self-paced training and guidance on using new tools and technologies as required
Regular and reliable attendance is required
This position will be 4 days a week on-site at our corporate office and 1 day remote from home
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled as a full-time student, working towards an associate or bachelor's degree in information technology or a related discipline
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with Microsoft server operating systems
Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook and Teams
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on building customer rapport
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong documentation skills
Regular and reliable attendance is required
Preferred
A student that has completed at least 24 college credit hours
