They are seeking a Vice President of Finance to provide executive-level financial leadership and oversee accounting operations, ensuring the financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee all financial operations including accounting, reporting, audits, and compliance

Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including GAAP compliance

Manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for 40+ hotel assets

Establish and monitor internal controls while driving process improvements and financial best practices

Partner with the CEO, President, and Operations leadership on real estate transactions, capital projects, and long-term financial planning

Lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring smooth daily operations including AP/AR, reconciliations, and tax compliance

Oversee corporate insurance programs, employee benefit plans, and vendor relationships

Required

10+ years of hotel or hospitality accounting/finance experience, with progressive leadership responsibility

Proven ability to lead multi-property financial operations and teams

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred
