Plant Human Resources Manager
JSK Recruiting, Inc. is a recruiting firm specializing in supply chain and manufacturing. They are seeking a Plant Human Resources Manager who will play a key role in developing talent and guiding the HR strategy across multiple locations as the company scales.

Responsibilities
Support a multi-site footprint across IL, MN, WI, TX, and CA, with travel 25% travel
Collaborate closely with site leaders to align HR practices with business goals and daily operations
Lead employee relations, coach plant leadership, and help shape a performance-driven culture
Manage one direct report and help mentor the next level of HR support staff
Drive and oversee the entire performance management cycle from end-to-end
Champion workforce engagement, retention, and leadership development across locations
Navigate both union and non-union environments, supporting grievance processes and communication
Own local execution of corporate HR initiatives, adapting them to the needs of each site
Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and employment standards
Build scalable HR processes and help prepare the function for continued organizational growth
Qualification
Required
BS/BA degree required, ideally in Human Resources, Business, or related field
7+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing setting is required
4–8 years of HR managerial experience
Proven ability to guide, mentor, and influence operations leaders at all levels, not just react, but plan ahead
Strategic thinker who can design and implement structure as the business scales
Comfortable working in companies where HR processes are evolving or being built
Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
Preferred
Experience with union is a plus
HRIS experience is a plus
Bi-lingual English / Spanish is a plus
