Account Manager
ShipVelocity is a founder-led 3PL supporting fast-growing DTC brands, and they are seeking an Account Manager to own client relationships from onboarding through daily execution. This role involves managing client accounts, ensuring operational success, and supporting long-term client retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
End-to-end ownership of assigned client accounts
Client onboarding (WMS, Shopify, inventory alignment, inventory forecasting support)
Oversight of inbound POs and inventory coordination
Acting as the escalation point for operational issues (i.e. carrier issues, WMS issues, brand inventory shortages)
Ensuring accounts are “clean” operationally and set up for success
Working closely with warehouse leadership and carriers
Supporting long-term client retention and satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Experience in 3PLs, ecommerce operations, or client success
Comfortable working with domestic carriers, Shopify, WMS platforms, and logistics workflows
Strong communicator with confidence handling client conversations
Highly organized and proactive
Able to balance multiple accounts without dropping details
