Oversee daily operations of multiple condo and co-op buildings
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
Serve as primary contact for residents, boards, and vendors

Assist with lease administration and occupancy matters
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing NYC condos and co-ops
Knowledge of NYC housing regulations and co-op/condo governance
