Responsibilities

Build and lead the regenerative medicine business unit as a standalone, scalable operation

Define and execute the go-to-market strategy across regenerative, cellular, and therapeutic applications

Operate the unit as a franchise-style business, with clear P&L ownership and growth targets

Partner closely with the holding company on strategy, governance, and long-term expansion

Own the regulatory strategy across FDA and relevant global frameworks

Navigate clinical, manufacturing, and compliance pathways for novel cellular platforms

Ensure the business unit is built to withstand regulatory scrutiny from day one

Invest meaningful capital into the business (approximately $5M anticipated)

Take an active role at the board level, contributing both capital and strategic leadership

Help shape a non-VC capital strategy, focused on angel and strategic investors aligned with long-term value

Deeply understand and protect the platform’s proprietary IP

Ensure in-house ownership of regenerative and cellular capabilities where strategically critical

Collaborate with scientific leadership while translating innovation into commercial outcomes
