The Market Director of Operations will oversee multi-unit operations within the Los Angeles market, ensuring service and team performance meet brand standards while driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Oversee the full guest journey—from digital ordering through order fulfillment—ensuring a seamless, consistent, and elevated experience across all locations
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of managers and hourly leaders
Foster a culture of accountability, support, and continuous improvement
Oversee staffing operations including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and labor compliance
Partner closely with HR to ensure consistent, compliant execution of people-related processes and documentation
Develop, implement, and uphold operating procedures and service standards that drive consistency and operational excellence
Ensure training programs are executed effectively across all locations
Drive seamless coordination across teams and departments
Ensure consistency, efficiency, and accuracy throughout daily operations and order fulfillment
Leverage customer feedback, operational data, and reporting tools to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance
Uphold brand standards related to cleanliness, professionalism, aesthetics, and thoughtful service across all market locations
Own and manage KPIs including guest satisfaction, order accuracy, labor efficiency, and team productivity
Use data to inform decisions, coach leaders, and drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
5+ years of leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant or service operations
Proven ability to build, develop, and retain strong management teams
Strong understanding of operational systems, process excellence, and compliance
Working knowledge of HR best practices and labor law compliance
Strong financial and analytical skills, including labor planning and budget oversight
Passion for clean food, modern hospitality, and team development
Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching abilities
Preferred
Experience with delivery-first or digitally enabled food concepts
