Sales Representative

Responsibilities
Actively pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and territory management to expand our client base
Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service
Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase features and benefits tailored to client needs
Develop strategic sales plans within designated territories to maximize coverage and revenue growth
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that attract new prospects and retain current customers
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
Negotiate contracts and pricing terms effectively while maintaining positive relationships with clients across diverse industries
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services aligned with customer expectations
Engage in territory management by identifying potential markets, analyzing competitors, and adapting sales strategies accordingly
Deliver compelling product demos and presentations both in person and virtually to close deals efficiently
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in outside sales or direct B2B sales roles, demonstrating success in generating leads and closing deals
Strong background in account management, business development, or territory management within a technology or industrial sector preferred
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs effectively
Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos, upsell solutions, and develop strategic territory plans
Strong communication skills with the confidence to cold call prospects and build lasting client relationships
Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members across departments for seamless service delivery
Preferred
Strong background in account management, business development, or territory management within a technology or industrial sector preferred
Experience in retail sales or inside sales is advantageous but not mandatory; a passion for customer service is essential
