Responsibilities
Lead Sales Excellence: Drive the overall sales strategy, manage your own sales pipeline, and close deals with mid- and large-enterprise customers
Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a team of high-performing account executives, ensuring they meet individual and team quotas. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and success
SaaS Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of SaaS sales methodologies to refine processes and deliver consistent, scalable results
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of closing accounts and driving revenue growth
At least 3 years managing a sales team, with demonstrated success in coaching and achieving team quotas
Exceptional ability to communicate value propositions, navigate complex sales cycles, and drive deals to close
This is an on-site role in Houston, TX. Applicants must be willing to work from the office 100% of the time
