Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and other mechanical systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure efficient operation
Develop and implement system designs for various mechanical projects
Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to service activities and projects
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals and ensure quality service
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly
Manage projects effectively, ensuring deadlines and compliance with industry standards
Conduct equipment diagnostics to identify and rectify operational issues

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Proven experience as a Mechanical Service Engineer or similar role
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and principles or hydraulics or pneumatics
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience in project management and coordination
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Willing to travel up to 50%
