New Grad, Entry LevelLA Custom Blinds is currently looking for experienced and reliable Window Treatment Installers to join our growing team. The role involves installing custom window treatments and providing excellent customer service while traveling to various job sites.

Responsibilities
Install custom window treatments including blinds, shades, shutters, and motorized products
Travel to residential and commercial job sites throughout Southern California
Communicate professionally with customers on-site
Ensure accurate, clean, and timely installations
Represent LA Custom Blinds in a professional manner
Qualification
Required
Must have own reliable vehicle
Must have own tools required for installation
Ability to travel
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Preferred
Previous experience installing window treatments
Basic knowledge of measuring windows and reading work orders
Experience with motorized or smart home window treatments
