Responsibilities

Advise emerging growth companies and venture capital investors on corporate governance, financing, and transactional matters
Draft, negotiate, and review investment agreements, M&A agreements, stockholder agreements, and other corporate documents
Support mergers & acquisitions and venture financing transactions from inception through closing
Collaborate closely with partners, clients, and cross-disciplinary teams on strategic and complex matters

Qualification

Required

4–6 years of corporate and venture capital experience at a national or large law firm
JD from an accredited law school and active membership in the bar of the state where practicing
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently in a collaborative team environment
