New Grad, Entry LevelOptalis Health & Rehabilitation Centers is seeking an Activities Lead to support their Activities department in Whitehall. This part-time role focuses on providing leadership and engaging experiences for residents through planning and coordinating daily activities.

Responsibilities
Assist with planning, coordinating, and leading daily resident activities
Support implementation of the monthly activities calendar in collaboration with the Activities Director
Provide day-to-day guidance and support to activities staff during weekday hours
Help ensure activities are engaging, inclusive, and aligned with resident interests
Assist with preparing activity spaces, supplies, and materials
Support documentation, attendance tracking, and general program organization
Collaborate with nursing and other departments to support resident engagement and daily flow
May assist with non-clinical support tasks as needed, such as: Helping pass meal trays, Escorting residents to and from activities, Providing general support during special events or programs
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and organizational skills
Compassionate, energetic, and resident-focused approach
Reliable attendance and professionalism
Preferred
Experience in activities, recreation, senior living, or a related field
