Responsibilities
Conduct daily full-campus walkthroughs across all businesses and shared spaces
Ensure cleanliness, organization, safety, and visual excellence indoors and outdoors
Fix issues immediately—nothing gets ignored, “taken down,” or forgotten
Maintain a campus that looks intentional, energized, and world-class
Directly oversee General Managers and on-site leadership
Enforce standards for uniforms, guest interaction, cleanliness, and professionalism
Address issues in real time and eliminate “not my job” culture
Support staffing alignment, people placement, and accountability
Own the guest journey from arrival to departure
Identify and fix bottlenecks, confusion points, slow lines, or friction
Ensure staff energy and engagement match the brand promise
Create an environment where guests leave with a memory—and a story to tell
Own the Missouri campus operating budget
Control costs without compromising experience or standards
Ensure inventory accuracy across retail and warehouse operations
Coordinate internal ordering and operational flow
Ensure timely delivery of invoices and documentation to bookkeeping
Partner closely with maintenance and construction teams for urgent, high-quality execution
Serve as on-site operational lead during weekends, peak traffic, and escalated issues
Support seasonal openings/closings and new attraction launches
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, throughput, and revenue
Qualification
Required
Senior on-site operations leadership experience
Experience running a complex, high-traffic, multi-unit destination
Ability to conduct daily full-campus walkthroughs across all businesses and shared spaces
Experience ensuring cleanliness, organization, safety, and visual excellence indoors and outdoors
Ability to fix issues immediately and maintain a high standard
Experience directly overseeing General Managers and on-site leadership
Ability to enforce standards for uniforms, guest interaction, cleanliness, and professionalism
Experience addressing issues in real time and eliminating 'not my job' culture
Ability to support staffing alignment, people placement, and accountability
Experience owning the guest journey from arrival to departure
Ability to identify and fix bottlenecks, confusion points, slow lines, or friction
