Responsibilities

Outbound Calling : Place outbound calls to businesses from provided contact lists to schedule qualified appointments for franchisees
Sales Pitch Delivery : Deliver compelling, scripted sales presentations that communicate the value of our services
Lead Tracking : Maintain detailed records of calls, responses, and follow-ups to ensure effective pipeline management
Manage Communication with Franchisees : Coordinate with franchisees to align appointment schedules and confirm target territories
Manage Territory Research : Collaborate with franchisees to understand their target markets and growth goals
Prospect Research : Use internal databases and tools to identify key decision-makers and their contact information
Customer Engagement : Answer initial questions and provide relevant information to support decision-making
Appointment Scheduling : Secure appointments for franchisees to meet with prospects onsite at the customer’s location
Script & Compliance Adherence : Follow call scripts and maintain compliance with regulations
Needs Analysis : Quickly assess and understand customer needs and present value-aligned solutions using persuasive communication skills

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 3 years of successful B2B sales and telemarketing experience
Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and tracking KPIs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Highly competitive, motivated, and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
Articulate with strong active listening and interpersonal skills
High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred

College Degree Preferred
Residing in Central Florida is preferred
Experience using research tools to find customer contact information
