Mid LevelCyberCoders is seeking a Comsense Trainer responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs on the Comsense software to internal staff and clients. The main purpose of the role is to ensure users are proficient in utilizing the software to enhance productivity and operational efficiency through customized training and ongoing support.

Responsibilities
Develop and deliver training materials for Comsense software utilization
Conduct hands-on training sessions for users to enhance their skills in Comsense, Detailer, and DOORS
Assess the training needs of employees and develop customized training plans accordingly
Provide ongoing support and resources for users post-training to reinforce learning
Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements of Comsense software to provide accurate and relevant training
Collaborate with the Commercial Doors team to integrate product knowledge into training modules
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a trainer or in a similar role with Comsense software
Strong knowledge of Detailer, Estimating, and Commercial Doors
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them accessible to learners of various skill levels
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Experience in developing training materials and resources
