Responsibilities

Own the order lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring all daily tasks are completed accurately and on time
Schedule orders and manage ship dates, balancing plant capacity, loading constraints, lead times, and PELT codes
Review order details for alignment with engineering, planning, production, and supply chain requirements
Proactively communicate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, Planning, Shipping) to resolve issues and prevent delays
Monitor daily order status to identify BOM issues, missing information, customer requests, and discrepancies; escalate as necessary
Manage and track Customer Requests (CRs), providing professional and informative responses to stakeholders
Support On-Time Delivery (OTD/OTDS) metrics by maintaining clean order flow and timely task completion

Required

Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
Strong ownership and commitment to seeing tasks through to completion
Ability to manage the full lifecycle of customer orders
Ability to schedule orders and manage ship dates
Ability to review order details for alignment with engineering, planning, production, and supply chain requirements
Proactive communication with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and prevent delays
Monitoring daily order status to identify BOM issues, missing information, customer requests, and discrepancies
Management and tracking of Customer Requests (CRs)
Support On-Time Delivery (OTD/OTDS) metrics

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field preferred
Proven experience in order management, planning, customer service, or production support
Some project management experience (managing timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups)
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in SAP and Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with manufacturing environments or electrical distribution products
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling high-volume tasks
Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced setting
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high degree of personal accountability
