Junior Sales Rep
Fleet Owl is a growing technology company in the logistics and transportation space, and they are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Representative to support the growth of its logistics and fleet management software solutions. The role involves lead generation, customer outreach, product demonstrations, and closing new business.
Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM tools
Assist senior sales representatives with the sales cycle from initial contact to close
Conduct product demos and presentations of Fleet Owl’s logistics software
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system
Follow up with prospective customers to answer questions and address objections
Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet operators, carriers, and logistics companies
Meet or exceed assigned sales activity and revenue targets
Stay informed on Fleet Owl products, pricing, and industry trends
Qualification
Required
0–2 years of sales, customer service, or business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Basic understanding of SaaS or logistics technology is a plus
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
