Lead first and second client visits using the SERVE model
Gather and analyze financial, tax, and retirement data
Design and clearly explain comprehensive retirement plans
Identify tax-saving opportunities and planning considerations
Present educational seminars as part of outreach efforts
Transition new clients to a Concierge Service Advisor team
Qualification
Required
Operates at a fiduciary level (Series 65, CFP®, or equivalent)
Values clarity, accuracy, and consistency over pressure-based or sales-driven environments
Lead first and second client visits using the SERVE model
Gather and analyze financial, tax, and retirement data
Design and clearly explain comprehensive retirement plans
Identify tax-saving opportunities and planning considerations
