Customer Service & Marketing Associate (China)

FUJIFILM Dimatix Inc. is a recognized leader in the manufacturing and design of durable and productive drop-on-demand inkjet printheads. The Customer Service & Marketing Associate will coordinate and support sales and marketing activities, primarily for China and some Asia-based OEM accounts, including managing orders, logistics, and assisting with trade shows and promotions.

Responsibilities

Working with Customer Service and Customer on Account Set up and order/FOC Paperwork
Forecast, order, pricing and Payment Follow up
Logistics and customs clearance support
Forecast, order, and payment chasing
Logistics and customs clearance support
Order and Shipment tracking (and elated information) with China and other Asian Customers
Other Purchase Order related information tracking
Customer Visit Support
Scheduling appointments and coordinating travel arrangements
Reservations and ticket booking
Assist with Trade Show set up and communication and Forum Field Support
Assist with Advertising and Promotion
Assist with Website/Wechat operation & maintenance: Company Files translation and updates
Assist with (Advanced) short-video shooting and editing
Support China Team with paperwork
Preparing documents, presentation and other materials
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Required

Previous administrative experience, preferably in related industry or international trade
Ability to multitask
Customer service mentality
Ability to be flexible with changes
High School Diploma or GED/Fluent in writing, reading and speaking in English

Detail oriented
Good oral and written communications. Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers
Must have ability to project a positive and customer-responsive image
Must have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with individuals within and outside the organization
Position requires poise, tact and diplomacy
Knowledge of MS Office with proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Must be self-directed with high attention to detail and accuracy of work
