Regional Administrator
The Christman Company is a leading organization in the construction industry, and they are seeking a Regional Administrator to manage various administrative functions within their regional office. This role involves producing documents, managing communications, coordinating events, and assisting team members with project needs.

Responsibilities
Produce Regional Office Documents
Create, edit, format, and update project documents from team member drafts and input
Copy, collate, and bind project documents and reports following Christman templates and standards. Arrange for outside reproduction services when necessary
Craft business letters for review and approval by project team members
Proofread final products to verify professional impact including correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar
Maintain and update all vehicle registration, titles, and insurance
Manage Regional Office Communication
Receive, review, and forward vendor invoices and payments
Assist team members with specific needs as required on a project-by-project basis
Arrange all office events/parties throughout the year
Manage Postal Deliveries
Receive, screen, and distribute incoming correspondence
Coordinate mail exchange with local Christman regional and/or project office
Prepare and send outgoing mail and parcels
Greet Callers and Visitors
Answer telephone calls and assist callers or route to appropriate team members
Greet visitors and provide assistance or direct to appropriate team members
Be a friendly face and voice to portray the image in which the company takes pride
Coordinate Conferences and Technology
Schedule meetings and conference calls
Schedule conference rooms for meetings
Arrange/set up needed technology meetings
Order lunch as necessary
Manage Administrative Inventory
Maintains administrative and general office supplies and equipment for regional office
Ensures office is stocked with safety supplies
Responsible for petty cash handling and balancing
Other Duties
Coordinate regional onboarding activities for new hires
Coordinate travel and hotel accommodations for leadership team
Administer employee badging for federal projects
Register and keep calendar for leadership team for regional and local events
Organize and send safety equipment to project sites
May submit payroll information for regional employees
Update and maintain job lists
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum two (2) year's of general administrative/office experience
Equivalent combination of the above education, training, and experience
Proficient in Microsoft 365, specifically in Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail orientated, strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to maintain a high level of customer service
Must work creatively, independently, and collaboratively as a team member and be able to multi-task and prioritize projects
Excellent customer relation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers in a professional manner

Previous construction administration experience
