Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Leadership to gather organization data

Project management tasks to include, but not limited to: keeping the team on track to meet deadlines and execute deliverables, scheduling meetings and events, gathering data for project status updates and creating executive level briefings on PowerPoint, various data entry tasks, crafting communications to all levels of Leadership, etc

Be involved with the creation and maintenance of deliverables such as: a monthly newsletter, website, employee Talent Hub database, coordination of in-person workshops, etc

Identify, develop, and implement process improvements

Interact with high level leadership

Required

Currently enrolled in a Business, Operations, Supply Chain or similar background

Experience leading a project from concept to completion

Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively and on time

Proficient user of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Willing to interact and communicate with stakeholders at all levels (to include high level Leaders)

Preferred

Ability to self-manage projects to closure

Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with others

Written and verbal communication skills

Experience in using Tableau or other similar tools (ex: PowerBI)
