Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Manage and lead on-site teams, including subcontractors and laborers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and change orders, to ensure transparency and accountability
Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to communicate project status and resolve any arising issues

Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Willingness to travel regularly to various job sites as required
